education is the key to success

 My favorite book from childhood is if you give a mouse a cookie. This particular book was my favorite because throughout the story the boy does a lot of things for the mouse and never expected anything in return. The mouse would consistently ask and want something and the boy would give it and never ask for anything in return. This was a special relationship to me because it closely resembled the relationship between a parent and a child. I have a strong perspective that this book can influence children to discuss the friendships in their own lives and relate it to the similarities it has on the friendship between the mouse and the boy. I personally feel this book impacted me the most in childhood because it reflects on selflessness and it's application to our personal lives on a daily basis.
